Detailed description

new designed integrated sewage treatment system  adopts A/O biochemistry technology and combines technologies of remove BOD5, COD, NH3-N and other pollutant. This equipment can be used as domestic sewage and similar industrial sewage treatment equipment. Equipment uses compact construction, covers less room, and operates economically. High shock resistance and disposes efficiency. This equipment has approved by SEPA, and every function accord with national standards.

Equipment parameters

Water treat volume: 1.0~30m<SUP>3</SUP>/h for standard model, >30m3/h need special design.Raw water concentration:BOD5: standard model≤250mg/L, enhanced model≤400mg/L, >400mg/L need special design.

Equipment features

Stench prevention

Each pool were airtight in the whole plant to prevent stench escape.Every possible stench pool were installed with air tub to aerating and aerobic digestion.

Noise control

Adopt buried design, little affect to outside world.Adopt lower noise type draught fan, plant noise≤80dB,silencers were installed in exit and entrance of the draught fan.

Sludge treatment

1. Sludge was discharged by second sediment pool, mostly returned to A level organisms pool to get treatment, thus reduce the output of sludge.

2. Some of the sludge returned to the sludge pool to get gravity concentration and aerobic digestion, thus can reduce the sludge volume.

3. Regular pumping sludge out.

Anticorrosion

Use reinforced concrete structure in civil building and carbon steel in main plant. Equipment brushed with epoxy coal bitumen coat. Pipes inside the plant are all use ABS high quality engineering pipe, thus to ensure equipment’s working life reaches 30years.
